New Warehouse & Office

To say 2020 was a challenging year would be an understatement but despite all the upheaval, here at Chadwick’s, we have continued to advance throughout. Considerably expanding our UK warehouse capacity and employing several new members of staff.

Upgraded systems

We’ve upgraded our operating systems to increase speed, accuracy and visibility throughout the ordering and dispatch process. We continue to invest in UK held stock and as online shopping trends proliferate, we will be creating even more digital marketing assets to support our customers. A particular focus on video content creation is planned for this year. Plus an ‘on location’ photoshoot and subsequent all-encompassing new digital and printed catalogues are in the pipeline.

Product development takes precedence

Although there have been many unavoidable hurdles set in our path these last 12 months, we have not stopped or deviated from our plans. Product development continues to take precedence – updating and regenerating items and ranges based on style life cycles, customer feedback and changing demands is ingrained in our company’s ethos.

Taking inspiration from sport, fashion and retail, we continue to pursue the development of innovative fabrics, concepts, trims, panel configurations and designs to drive the School Sports and Teamwear sectors onwards.

Product Development

Two of the most popular ranges in each of those markets will see several new styles additions throughout 2021.

2021 Edge Teamwear Range Additions

Building upon the strengths of the Edge Teamwear range, we will launch another two styles this year. The first of which has already landed – a contemporary wadded ¾ length Touchline Coat, with a fishtail back opening. It’s a fantastic year-round coat that has proven to be a huge success in the short time it’s been with us. Which may offer some insights into its popularity for the coming Autumn/Winter season. We will also be launching a new Hybrid Skinny Pant this year in black and navy, with an engineered waistband and self-colour Edge prints on the lower legs. This premium product will be made from a combination of fabrics and textures for optimum comfort, fit and performance, plus some practical zip pockets too. The skinny pants will be available to sample from May with bulk stock landing in July.

2021 iGEN Range Additions

The current 4-piece iGEN school sports and games kit range, that consist of a Unisex Polo, Female Polo, Short & Skort in 10 stock colour combinations. Will be complemented this year with a Skinny Track Pant and colour combination ¼ Zip Tracktop set, which are available to buy as separates.

The iGEN Skinny Pant will be constructed using a lightly brushed-back full dull flat knit fabric combined with zip pockets and rib panelling at the calf, like that of the existing premium Skinny Pant (826), but at a more affordable price point.

The new iGEN ¼ Zip Tracktop will utilize the same fabric but will be available in select iGEN colour combinations. Both new iGEN styles will be ready to sample from May with bulk stock arriving ready for the back-to-school period.
