Delivery & Returns
2019 PRE-CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES
Please adhere to the following cut off dates to ensure your orders are received before Christmas:
Mainland UK – Orders must be placed no later than 2pm on Thursday 19th December
Ireland/Channel Islands – Orders must be placed by 2pm on Tuesday 17th December
Mainland Europe – Orders must be placed before 2pm on Monday 16th December
Note: Orders received after the cut-off date may not be dispatched until 6th January 2020.
We aim to ship all available stock within 24 hours of sending you an order acknowledgment. You will be informed if we are unable to complete your order for any reason.
Mainland UK – Next day
Ireland/Channel Islands – Delivery 3-5 working days
Mainland Europe – Delivery 5-7 working days
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE – orders small enough to fit into a postal bag will be shipped by 2nd class post unless otherwise requested. Please check your delivery on receipt to ensure it is correct. We must be advised of any discrepancies in writing within 7 days of receipt. Claims for missing or short delivery will not be accepted this period. We do not accept claims or returns for products that have been processed in any way, this is especially important if we are delivering to a 3rd party address on your behalf. All returns must be authorized (see below returns process). Any unauthorised returns may not be accepted and may incur an additional admin fee.
On receipt, we will supply you with a return reference number. Please ensure to enclose a copy of the returns form and reference number with any goods returned. We are unable to process any returns without this reference number.
If returning goods by post please ensure to use a tracked/signed for delivery method, we are unable to credit any goods that may have been lost in the post. All returns should be returned to the below address:

All freight/postal costs are payable by the customer in the first instance, Chadwick Textiles will only be liable for any such costs if the returned goods are deemed to be faulty or incorrect.
Garments must be returned in their original condition folded with all labels, tags and bags intact. Authorised returns, which are the result of customer error will be subject to a 10% admin and restocking fee. Any returns, which arrive back without bags/labels/ tags, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Unauthorised returns will be subject to a 20% admin and restocking fee. Embellished returns will not be accepted.
